  1. A diagnosis of where the organization stands today in key areas of performance. This may be done by a number of means (some of which are proprietary to Olive Tree Associates). On the basis of this diagnosis, change efforts can be focused.
  2. A plan with associated actions to bring about the change. Change comes in many forms—sometimes it is in the form of training, while at other times it may require structural shifts (moving the organization’s "boxes" around).   • Leadership Development—In addition to using its own proprietary leadership development process, Olive Tree Associates’ are skilled in implementing leadership development using a number of models that are commercially available. We use state-of-the-art approaches such as leadership coaching, dynamic leadership laboratories, 360 degree feedback, 720 degree feedback, and other high-impact resources.   • Management Development—Developing managers requires organizations to have systems and processes in place to ensure that the organization can run smoothly and efficiently. Our management development efforts enable managers to manage processes, projects, and people with skill and excellence.
