Ollie Malone, Ph.D. President and Principal Consultant. (e-mail) As founder of Olive Tree Associates, Dr. Malone brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate America as a consultant, executive and organizational leader. His corporate experience includes high-level roles with A T & T, Sprint, The Mead Corporation, and Pennzoil-Quaker State. In those roles, he implemented performance management systems, management development systems, and training systems for employees at all levels. In addition, he has dramatically improved organizational performance through process reengineering efforts and total quality management. A published author, he is also an avid musician (classical, gospel, jazz). Dr. Malone’s work reflects a level of intensity, creativity, and commitment that generates long-term results for client organizations and enables him to work with countless Fortune 100 companies.

 

Wayne Dorris, Ph.D., Senior Consultant. Wayne brings many years of commitment and involvement in social and organizational change to his affiliation with Olive Tree Associates. His consulting activities have focused in areas of personal change, organizational change, and system-wide learning. He has worked with such leading-edge practices as The Seven Habits of Highly-Effective People and The Fifth Discipline theories and is skillful in diversity management as well. His previous organizational affiliations have included Shell, M.D. Anderson Hospital, and Pennzoil-Quaker State Company.

Julie A.C. Noolan, Ph.D., Senior Consultant. Throughout the course of her more than twenty years in the field of management and organizational consulting, Dr. Noolan has concerned herself with effective organizations and the people who lead them. Whether focusing on changing the structure of an organization, or building leadership in third world countries, Dr. Noolan brings commitment, passion, and new insights to the clients with whom she works. A native Australian with a significant amount of her consulting practice outside of the United States, she brings a broad, global perspective to the work that she does and she is able to work with companies and with international leaders.

Patricia Parham, Ph.D., Senior Consultant. Trained as a psychologist, Dr. Parham is highly effective in dealing with issues involving leadership and organizational effectiveness. Her career has enabled her to work intensely with such companies as Commonwealth Edison and Sprint, as well as a host of other clients throughout the Midwest and Southwest. Known for her focused, laser-like intensity, Dr. Parham is able to create long-term results quickly and effectively.

George Reinhardt, M.S., Senior Consultant. An expert in areas of the application of technology to learning, George has honed his skills and practice in these areas by working with such companies as Sprint, United Telecom, and American Century Investments. In addition, he has worked with Rockhurst College and has held affiliations with the University of Kansas. George works with e-learning and in the identification of technology-based solutions to enhance learning in non-electronic settings.

Michael Rogers, Ph.D., Senior Consultant. Dr. Rogers has worked with organizations of various sizes and shapes over his more than twenty-year history of consulting. As a consultant with Olive Tree Associates, Dr. Rogers has worked with such clients as Levi-Strauss, Reynolds and Reynolds, and Leadership Albany. In addition to his work with Olive Tree Associates, Dr. Rogers is chairman of the department of business at Albany State University. He is committed to issues of diversity and has been honored for his work in creating more inclusive organizations and cities. Dr. Rogers also enjoys an active life of tennis, jogging, and overall good health. His work reflects a commitment to organizations that are inclusive, effective, and a good place to work for all.

Robert B.Tierney, J.D., Ph.D., Senior Consultant. Dr. Tierney, a licensed attorney, brings a passion for leadership effectiveness in the areas of rational decision making and ethical practice. In addition to being an attorney, Dr. Tierney holds BA, MA and PhD degrees specializing in rational and ethical decision making. Having worked in the law arena for more than ten years, he has also observed the presence and absence of these key competencies and is committed to building them in organizations that are committed to excellence. Dr. Tierney has also lived Germany and practiced law internationally, performing corporate transactions in Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. His international perspective is of particular value in working with companies that operate globally.

Sandra Yancey, M.A., Senior Consultant. Ms. Yancey brings a rare combination of skills to the clients of Olive Tree Associates. Herself an entrepreneur (she is president of E-Women Network), she also possesses an abundance of organizational skills which she honed while working for Mead Merchants, Zellerbach, and Lexis-Nexis. Ms. Yancey’s areas of expertise include leadership and management development, organization change and development, and diversity management. She is the author and creator of the audio CD package, Increase Your Net Worth by Increasing Your Network. As president of E-Women Network, she has been featured in keynote addresses throughout the country. She brings tenacity, wit, and insight to all of her client engagements.

Olive Tree Operations

Nathan Malone, Director, Operations and Business Development. (e-mail) Having grown up with Olive Tree Associates, Nathan understands both the strategic direction of the organization and the ins and outs of the organization's structure. Having previously been a youth minister, Nathan provides unique insight and understanding in our work with non-profit organizations. His role at Olive Tree Associates includes overseeing the day-to-day operations of Olive Tree as well as the business development of OTA through publications, product research, and client relationship management. He brings fresh thoughts, enthusiasm and a desire to make a significant difference in organizations through his work with Olive Tree Associates.
